Like most people who discover a leak they panic and wonder how bad the experience and cost will be. I did do a search online and when I came across the website it was very well displayed, easy to follow and a great history so I called. I was fortunate enough to get a same day appointment. Aaron, was absolutely phenomenal! He was thorough in both finding the leak and the repair process. Was straight forward with the pricing and options available . He was able to get the parts delivered within less than an hour and have everything installed and repaired in great time, he even managed to come way earlier than the original scheduled time which was fantastic!! After the repair he did a quick check of my other sinks and toilets as well as putting a deodorizer down the sinks for the plumbing. He even took the time to label my main water shut off in the house as well as change my furnace air filter. The service was exceptional, Aaron was friendly and professional! I would highly recommend Mr. Mikes as a company to use, and Aaron if you can get him. ;)

Mathew "The Waterworks Wizard"t was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue, as well as go over our options. He fixed the leak in a prompt and efficient manner. Kevin was incredibly helpful and courteous when he arrived to help investigate an issue with our bathtub. Kevin was great at diagnosing the issue and proposing a solution. Kevin also inspected our plumbing before completing his service call and helped identify another leak repair on our kitchen sink drain. We will definitely be using Mr. Mike’s Plumbing again for all of our plumbing and mechanical maintenance/repair and replacement requirements. Their service is top-notch!

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Mike's Plumbing! Mike and Jeremy were the professionals who helped me out, and they did a fantastic job. My sink was severely clogged, with the blockage located 100 feet deep, but they handled it with ease, using cable and hydro jetting to clear it completely. What impressed me even more was their thoroughness—they inspected the rest of the plumbing fixtures in my home and even fixed some minor issues at no extra charge. Both Mike and Jeremy were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I’m beyond happy with the results and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable plumbing work!

While they are equipped to do a decent job. Their pricing is astronomical. Their strategy is not giving pricing on the phone, and charge a fee to come out. People then might just hire them because they don't want to waste the dispatch fee. There are many other options in Calgary that will do as good of a job for way less. Check out the bad reviews, all have the same complaints.
